All of our shipping costs are based upon your location and how quickly you need to receive your order.
We aim to keep our carriage costs to a minimum and will continue to improve our carriage rates whenver possible. Carriage costs are based upon location, order value and speed of delivery. The delivery rates displayed below are inclusive of VAT.
The delivery rate price break of £75.00 displayed in the table below is exclusive of VAT, i.e. your order must be more than £75.00 before VAT is added before you can avail of the lower delivery rates.
A minimum order value of £2.50 (excluding tax and delivery) is in place. Please note that you must order above that level otherwise your order cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery is usually made the next day if your order is placed before 12pm.
Next Day Delivery is available to customers throughout Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the UK Mainland.
Orders which are placed on Friday before 12pm will usually be delivered on the following Monday and orders placed over the weekend or holiday periods will be processed the next working day.
Orders being placed from the UK mainland will only have the Next Day Delivery option available to them if all items on their order are in stock. If some items on your order are out of stock you can choose the 2-5 day delivery option to have your goods ordered as soon as all the items you have ordered have returned to stock. The lead time displayed beside each product should give you an idea of how long this will be but we will confirm your delivery estimate with an email after your order has been placed.
In the case where Next Day Delivery is the standard delivery tariff (Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland) your complete order will be despatched for next day delivery if all the goods you have ordered are in stock. If your order contains goods which are currently out of stock we will wait until your order is complete before despatching your order.
If you wish to place an order for delivery to an area outside of the UK or Ireland, please contact us and we will establish the best means of delivery available to you and provide you with an approximate delivery cost and lead time.
We have recently opened a new international account with our couriers and can delivery most items anywhere in the world within 7 days (providing we have the goods in stock). This new account allows us to offer much more competitive rates of delivery around the world.

We use a range of couriers to transport our orders. We can supply you with order tracking details by request (for UK Mainland customers only) if you wish to track your order to find out where your goods currently are. If you are unsure of how to use the couriers tracking system, please give us a call or drop us an email and we will track your order for you.
Our courier for Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland do not offer online tracking so if you wish to track your order in these delivery areas please contact us and we will contact the courier for you.
If you are not happy with your purchase from AJ Stuart online, you can return your purchase to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will offer you a full refund on your initial payment.
If you are returning an item to us, please make sure this item is securely packaged and unused before returning it to the address below:
It is the responsibility of the customer to return these goods to us in a resalable condition.
In the event that an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm this. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged goods and have these returned to our warehouse. Upon the return of these goods, we can offer you replacement goods or a full refund on your initial payment.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order any time up until the time of despatch and you will be offered a full refund.
If your order has already been despatched and has arrived with or is in transit to you, it is the responsibility of the customer to return these goods to us in an unopened, unused and resalable condition before your order can be cancelled and a full refund issued.
