The Lincat Twin Tank Fryer is the perfect counter top general purpose fryer.
This electric fryer is under thermstatic control (130-190oC) and for additional safety purposes there is a top temperature cut out (where the fryer is stopped working if the thermostat fails.)
This handy counter top unit has removable stainless steel tanks and a batter plate that makes it easy to clean and highly functional.
